If you have never received a reiki treatment before i will try to give you an idea of what to expect. Reiki is a non intrusive method / healing technique that does not require the removal of any clothes during a treatment. You may not be ill or feel unwell you might need to feel piece, tranquility amd relaxation, feel a bit stressed or run down, reiki can be used to treat many ailments. A client consultaion will take place to find out how we can help you and how we can best tailor a treatment to fully suit your needs. During a reiki treatment you will be requied to lie on a healing couch there will be music playing quietly in the background, if you can not manage to lie on the couch we can treat you on a chair. The reiki practitioner will place there hands on different parts of the body to give the reiki treatment.

What is reiki ?
Rei and Ki translated from the japenese characters means universal life energy. Reiki is a form of healing requiring the reiki practitioner to channel a form of energy known as chi, by receiving a reiki treatment you the client are enhancing the bodys natrual ability to heal itself. Healing can take place on different levels, when harmonising your energy system i am reffering to are the physical, mental,emotional and spiritual levels. Treatments are available to anyone as reiki is not attatched to any religion or beleif system.
